The Downtown Lynn Neighborhood Association is meeting with local police to discuss any public safety related concerns and to establish a dialog and get to know each other better, on Wednesday, September 15th at 7:00pm in the Lynn Police Station Community Room located on Washington Street.

Following the meeting (for those who can make it) we will head up to High Rock telescope with Jamie to check out the nighttime sky.ALL DTL residents are welcome. It doesn’t matter if you own or rent. What matters is that you care about our community and want to be part of the growing movement to revitalize Lynn, MA!
AAH! Arts After Hours debuts at the Lynn Museum Park with original art, demonstrations, food, wine, and original live music. More details will be forthcoming. This effort is spearheaded by Lynn Artists’ Voices Alliance (LAVA), along with the Lynn Museum, DTLna, TLGUTS, and others. Volunteers are needed to help run this event!

Ward 5 City Councilor Brendan Crighton will join us this Sunday, February 28th, from 6 to 8pm at the Boston Machine Lofts in DTL for a friendly meet and great.

“Films included in this screening event are “FEMLink, Fragility”, and “Who Does She Think She Is?”. This screening is part of three months of arts programming focusing on women and mothers in the arts. Tickets cost $15 and include both films and a talk by FEMLink’s artistic director, C.M. Judge.”

We will meet with Ranger Dan at the Pennybrook Road entrance for a two-hour guided tour.
We’ll start walking right at 11am, so please plan to arrive before then.
Please bring your friendly dog on a leash.
Be prepared for varied terrain and possible wet/snowy/muddy ground
conditions… and please dress for the weather!
Later in the day, please join us at the opening art receptions held by LynnArts and The Little Gallery Under The Stairs, 25 Exchange St.
DTLna will meet on Wednesday, January 13th, 7:00pm at Tatiana’s. There will be an open mic in the front-half. We’ll take the back-half. Agenda items will include the possibly forming a board with defined responsibilities to help our organization grow, our next fun-fundraiser(s), and whatever you would like to bring to the table.
