Please consider this letter a formal invitation to a Neighborhood Meeting on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. in Room 302 at City Hall.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the proposed plan by All-Care VNA to construct a building on the corner of Market Street and Broad Street.
In attendance will be representatives from VNA as well as James Cowdell, Executive Director of EDIC and James Marsh, Director of Economic & Community Development to answer any and all questions. Your input, ideas and suggestions will be greatly appreciated on this matter.

The City Council will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at 8pm on April 13th about new building to occupy land in front of the MBTA Garage. AllCare VNA will present drawings for their new offices.
It is important to come out and express whatever your opinions may be on the new structure, and to show the City and the State, since it’s State owned land, that DTL residents care about future development.
April 13th. 8pm. City Hall. 4th Floor.

“Films included in this screening event are “FEMLink, Fragility”, and “Who Does She Think She Is?”. This screening is part of three months of arts programming focusing on women and mothers in the arts. Tickets cost $15 and include both films and a talk by FEMLink’s artistic director, C.M. Judge.”

We will meet with Ranger Dan at the Pennybrook Road entrance for a two-hour guided tour.
We’ll start walking right at 11am, so please plan to arrive before then.
Please bring your friendly dog on a leash.
Be prepared for varied terrain and possible wet/snowy/muddy ground
conditions… and please dress for the weather!
Later in the day, please join us at the opening art receptions held by LynnArts and The Little Gallery Under The Stairs, 25 Exchange St.
